Are Zàriya products handmade?
Yes! Zàriya products are handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to detail.
What ingredients are used in your body butters?
Our whipped body butters are made with nourishing ingredients such as shea butter, mango butter, hemp oil, jojoba oil, vitamin E, and fragrance oils. Some products may also contain mica.
What ingredients are used in your beard balms?
Our beard balms are formulated with ingredients such as beeswax, shea butter, mango butter, jojoba oil, castor oil, batana oil, hemp oil, and vitamin E.
Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Everyone's skin is different. Our products are designed for everyday body care use, but we recommend reviewing the ingredients before purchasing and performing a patch test when trying a new product.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Are Zàriya products greasy?
Our whipped body butters are designed to melt into the skin and leave it feeling moisturized without an overly greasy finish.
How much body butter should I use?
A little goes a long way! Start with a small amount and massage it into your skin. Add more as needed, especially on areas that need additional moisture.
How should I store my body butter?
Store your body butter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Because body butter contains natural butters and oils, its texture can change with temperature.
Avoid leaving your product in a hot car or other extremely warm environment (anything over 75 degrees may start to soften/melt).

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment before being handed to the carrier. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Please note that carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of Zàriya Collection's control.
How much is shipping?
Our standard shipping rate is $11.99 per order for U.S. orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information when available. You can use your tracking number to follow your package's progress.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Zàriya Collection ships within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future.

What is your return policy?
Due to the personal and skincare nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for body butters, beard balms, sugar scrubs, soaps, or other personal-care products.
Please carefully review your product selection, scent, size, and quantity before completing your purchase.
What if my product arrived damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We'll review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Can I exchange a product?
No. Because our products are personal-care and skincare items, we do not offer exchanges.
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

How do I use a gift card?
At checkout, enter your gift card code in the gift card or discount code field. The available balance will be applied toward your eligible purchase.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Zàriya Collection gift cards do not expire.
Can I use multiple gift cards on one order?
Yes, multiple Zàriya Collection gift cards may be used toward a single purchase, subject to the payment options and limitations available at checkout.
